Our family house was built at the beginning of the 15th century in the old quarter of Rellinars village.
The house is located in the old part of the village of Rellinars (Barcelona) and retains many original features. It is spread over 390m2.
The house enjoys two entrances to two parts of the village. The main entrance leads to Reverend Emili Riera street and the second entrance in the oldest part of the house conserving the stone walls of the period, leads to Arrabal Seuba street.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 double, 1 triple and 1 quadruple plus 6 bathrooms. On the ground floor there
is a living room, dining room and a fireplace. The top floor has another living room and dining room with a terrace
which has spectacular views of the mountains. Weather permitting, breakfast is served here.
The ground floor, which has its entrance on Arrabal Can Seuba street, has all the quaint features of the old building which dates back to the 15th century; in this part of the house, apart from a quadruple en suite bedroom and another double bedroom, there is a cosy lounge ideal for an after dinner drink, with a wood fired stove, an old fashioned bread oven and access to the winery and the wine cellar.
